Upgrade to a Zoo Card and we’ll deduct the price of your ticket – just make sure to do it no later than the day after your visit. All proceeds go directly toward supporting the Zoo’s operations, research, and conservation efforts.

Turn Your Ticket Into a Year of Adventures
If you purchased a regular full-price admission ticket, you can have its price deducted when buying a Zoo Card no later than the day after your visit.One adult ticket can be applied toward the price of one Zoo Card or Zoo Card Pensioner, and one child ticket can be applied toward the price of one Zoo Card Child.
You can redeem the deduction online by entering the 8-digit barcode from your ticket, or you can visit the Zoo Card desk at Copenhagen Zoo's entrance to upgrade in person.
