Rules at the Zoo

To ensure the safety and well-being of the animals, guests, staff, and the Zoo itself, all visitors must follow these rules.

The following is not permitted:

 

  • Feeding or disturbing the animals

  • Bringing mopeds, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, balloons not purchased at the Zoo, large flags, banners, balls, sledges, or similar items

  • Bringing dogs or other pets

  • Damaging plants or animal habitats

  • Littering

  • Displaying aggressive or threatening behavior

  • Disturbing other guests

  • Making loud noise with radios, musical instruments, megaphones, or similar devices

  • Engaging in demonstrations or political propaganda

  • Selling goods or distributing printed materials

  • Bringing large amounts of beer, wine, or spirits

  • Appearing intoxicated

  • Using open flames or grills

  • Smoking outside designated smoking areas

  • Hosting commercial events without prior approval from the Zoo

 

Please note: All visits to the Zoo are at your own risk. Staff may request to inspect the contents of bags and pockets and may ask for identification. Misuse of a Zoo Card may result in its suspension or confiscation. Guests must always follow staff instructions. Violations of these rules may lead to expulsion from the Zoo.
