Here are the easiest ways to reach Copenhagen Zoo, no matter whether you're driving, cycling, or using public transport.

Public Transport

These are the easiest ways to reach the Zoo using public transport:

Bus: Take bus 7A, which stops right outside the main entrance at Zoologisk Have (Roskildevej).

Alternatively, take bus 4A and get off at Roskildevej, Zoologisk Have (Søndre Fasanvej), then follow the signs to the entrance.

Train: If you’re arriving by regional or S-train, get off at Valby Station. From there, it’s a 1.5 km walk.

You can also take bus 4A from the station and get off at Roskildevej, Zoologisk Have (Søndre Fasanvej).

Metro: For lines M1 and M2, get off at Fasanvej Station. From there, walk 1.5 km or take bus 4A to Roskildevej, Zoologisk Have (Søndre Fasanvej).

If you’re taking line M3, get off at Frederiksberg Allé and either walk 1.5 km or take bus 7A to Zoologisk Have (Roskildevej).

By Bike

If you’re cycling to the Zoo, you’ll find plenty of bicycle stands near the entrance.

By Car

If you're coming from the north or south, take the E47 or E55 motorway and follow the signs for Copenhagen.

Copenhagen Zoo is located at Roskildevej 32, where you’ll find various parking options nearby, including spaces for electric cars.
