Kalle’s Coffee Stands

Recharge with a steaming cup of coffee or tea and a tasty croissant at one of our coffee stands located throughout the Zoo.
The coffee stands by the Savannah and the World Square (Verdenspladsen) are open year-round and follow the Zoo’s opening hours. Other stands are open during selected time periods.
You’ll find them located near the Zoo Tower, Camel Square, World Square, Zoo Lab, Children’s Zoo, and the Savannah.

Nursing, Baby food, and Bringing Your Own Food

Bringing Your Own Food

At the Zoo, you’re welcome to bring and enjoy your own food at one of the many outdoor picnic areas designated for visitors with brought-in meals. You can find picnic spots by the Owl Tower, the Kids' Zoo, the Hippo House, and near the red pandas. During the winter, you can also enjoy your food in the heated Picnic House located in the Kids' Zoo.

 

Nursing and Baby Food

You’re always welcome to nurse your child at the Zoo. A designated nursing room with facilities for warming milk is available at Kjærbølling’s House. The Zoo also offers restrooms with changing tables at the World of Primates, the Tropical House, Kids' Zoo, the Elephant House, and the Arctic Ring.
